all what you need to know about plastics granulating and recycling

  We produce granulators (crushers) for plastics for capacity range of 30 to 2500kg/h. Our new IPRM-design was renovated in 2006 and is being perfected by our design and engeneering department permanently.

Our IPRM-granulators work on most russian plastic plats, every year we produce more than 300 crushers. Perfect quality allows us to export our granulators to Europe and Asia.


IPRM Granulators We produce all types of granulators for plastic waste: film, sheets, bulky waste, pipes and profile, foamed materials etc. That's why we may propose you the perfect solution of your task!

In our show-room you may always make a test with your materials. We also have our oqn recycling plant where you may see recycling in progress.

Main models of granulators are always on stock.

To make the best choice of granulator you need to know the answers for next questions:

  1. Which material will you crush (PP, PE, PA, PS, ABS, PVC etc.) and what will it be (film, sheet, bulky waste, small parts, bags, woven bags, profiles etc.)?
  2. What dimentions of waste do you want to lost into granulator?
    The size and model of crusher depends on it:
    • Granulators for materials with wall thickness not more than 15mm
    • LINDNER Shredders for material thickness over 15mm.
  3. Required capacity with your material? Influents on size and price of crasher.
  4. What chips size you need after granulator? What filter-screen hole diameter should be installed on crusher? Influents on the capacity. Smaller holes lead to smaller capacity.
  5. How to infeed material to granulator - by hand or by conveyor? For middle and heavy granulators hand infeed will decrease capacity. By the way - using conveyor belt allows you to install metal detector and prevent any dangerous metal part comming into crusher and damage it.
  6. How to collect chips after crusher? (air transport, conveyor or to box under granulator?

Our aim is to make your work easier, that's why our granulators may have air transport system, long profile infeed section, conveyor and automatic film infeed section. Sound insulation cabinets are also avaliable.

The design allows easy way to replace or clean screen and rotor by one person. Rotor body is hollowed to prevent heating. Together with whater cooled bearings it allows you to use granulator 24 hours per day.
